At Skinzo, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver the best skincare shopping experience, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
- A clear unboxing video (recorded while opening the sealed package) must be shared as evidence if the item is received damaged or defective.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the return claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that have been opened, tested, or used.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
- Claims made without an unboxing video as proof of damage.
Return Process

- Share the unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product.
- You will be provided with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed through your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
